Terms and Conditions – 55ace Pakistan Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 55ace platform, including visitors, registered account holders and VIP members. The Terms govern the relationship between you and 55ace in connection with your use of the platform, including the sports betting section, live casino, slots, deposit and withdrawal services, bonus programmes and all other features available on the site.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing the live casino or using any other part of the 55ace platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 3. Account Registration

When registering your 55ace account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with anyone else. 55ace will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify 55ace support immediately. 55ace may suspend the account pending investigation.

• Only one account is permitted per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and bal ances may be forfeited.
• 55ace may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing your first withdrawal. This may include a copy of a valid ID, proof of address or proof of payment method.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be flagged as dormant. 55ace will provide reasonable notice before any action is taken on dormant accounts.
• You must keep your registered contact details up to date. 55ace cannot be held responsible for communications that fail to reach you due to outdated information on your account.

4. Deposits

All deposits on 55ace are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are published on the Deposit page.

Deposits are intended for use on the 55ace platform only. Once a deposit has been credited to your account and used for betting or casino play, it is non-refundable. If a deposit has not been used and you wish to have it returned, please contact support — however, 55ace is not obligated to reverse deposits that have already been credited and made available for gameplay.

• You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using another person's payment account are not permitted.
• 55ace does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank provider for their applicable fees.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
• 55ace reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is associated with fraudulent activity, a disputed transaction or a payment method that does not match your account name.
• Depositing funds for purposes other than genuine gameplay — for example, using the platform purely to move money — is prohibited and may result in account closure.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 55ace are processed back to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. All withdrawals are issued in PKR. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published on the Withdrawal page.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, 55ace may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure and is designed to protect your account. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of your registered address, or confirmation of the payment account you have used to deposit.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Withdrawal page. Processing times may vary depending on the method selected and account verification status.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its associated wagering requirements before the related funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• 55ace reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation where fraud, account irregularities or potential policy violations are suspected.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to a third-party account under any circumstances. The name on your payment account must match your 55ace registration details.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

55ace offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets and other promotional credits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The general rules in this section apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods and any bet size restrictions are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds may be treated separately in your account. Real money is typically used before bonus funds, unless otherwise stated.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, IP address or payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through a duplicate account — constitutes bonus abuse.
• 55ace reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after being credited, any winnings generated from that bonus may also be removed.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, structured betting to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion — will result in all bonuses being voided and may lead to account closure.

7. Sports Betting Rules

55ace offers sports betting markets across a range of sports, with particular depth in cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, one-day matches, football, and Esports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until a bet is placed and confirmed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Always review your bet slip before confirming.
• In the event a match or event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and event type. In most cases, postponed matches that are not rescheduled within a defined period will result in stakes being returned.
• For cricket markets, if a match is interrupted by weather or other circumstances and a result is determined under the DLS method, bets will generally be settled on the official result unless the specific market terms state otherwise.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These are set by 55ace and may vary based on the event, odds and your account tier.
• 55ace reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the event result was known before the bet was placed, or where the bet is associated with suspicious activity.
• Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. In-play odds update continuously. Bets are subject to a brief processing period, during which odds may change. If the odds change significantly before confirmation, the bet may be returned for your review.

8. Casino and Live Casino
